At openmart.pk, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and the sales receipt must be included.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo an inspection.
  • Based on the inspection, we will either offer an exchange or issue a refund in the form of a promo code, redeemable on your next purchase.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product, size, or color).
  • In cases of wrong products/sizes/colors, delivery charges for the return will be reimbursed.

4. Return Address

Return parcels should be sent via any courier service to the following address:
openmart.pk, Returns Department, Punjab Bank Noon House Askari Colony Street No 3 House No 4.

If the reverse pickup request is initiated by openmart.pk, it may take up to 20 working days to complete the process.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Electronics
  • Cosmetics
  • Perfumes
  • Toys
  • Undergarments
